Timberline Fire Protection District has proposed implementation of an Impact Fee for NEW residential and commercial construction. The study is attached below, along with the District Board resolution adopted on April 13, 2020.
Fees are paid to Gilpin County at the time building permits are paid. Please see your OpenGov Gilpin County building permit page for more information.
